Start your day with a refreshing twist on your classic latte with this Blueberry Latte made with Nootropic Creamer!
Ingredients:
- ¼ C homemade blueberry sauce
- 1 C ice
- 1 scoop nootropic creamer
- 1 C unsweetened plant-based milk (or your milk of choice)
- 1-2 shots of espresso
For the blueberry sauce:
- 2 C fresh or frozen blueberries (wild blueberries preferred)
- ¼ C sugar (or maple syrup)
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions:
- Combine the blueberries and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Use a fork or potato masher to mash the blueberries.
- Let simmer until juicy, about 4-6 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain.
- Enjoy over ice cubes with a scoop of nootropic creamer, milk, and two shots of espresso.
