Order Preparation Time

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be confirmed, processed, packed, and prepared to be handed off to the carrier. No modifications or cancellations are possible once an order number is attached to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking information is available.
  • Please note shipping is separate from your order preparation time, and both occur during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Orders received after 2 PM PST will start getting prepared the next business day. *Please note that fulfillment preparation may take 1-3 business days.*
  • Any order shipped with Next Day Air will arrive the next business day after the order is shipped. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, it will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. If you place an order on Friday before 2 PM, it will be delivered on Monday (not Saturday) because we do not ship on weekends.

Why am I having trouble accessing my account?

Please make sure that you have created an account on our website. An email with a link to access your account is sent to the email address associated with the account upon the creation of a new subscription. By clicking this link, a unique password can be set. Once logged in to your account, you will have the freedom to make changes to your subscription, view your order history, accrue rewards, and more! What’s the best time to take your products?

This depends on the formula! Please refer to the product descriptions on our website for more information. However, we would suggest playing around with the formulas and finding your own rhythm. Everyone's alchemy and personal needs differ, and so we encourage you to feel empowered and choose the dosage that best works for you.

Is it okay to take products together?

It’s okay to take most of our products together, with a few exceptions. For example, Activated Charcoal has powerful absorbent and detoxifying effects that may affect other supplements or medications, so it should be taken separately, 30 minutes apart from any other consumables. As always, we highly suggest listening to your body. Please contact a medical professional for any additional questions or concerns.

Are your products safe for children?

We always recommend consulting with your naturopath or physician prior to starting any new supplement regimen for yourself or your child.

What is the difference between a subscription and a bundle?

A subscription is a flexible recurring, monthly order that helps save money on your essentials.

When you order more than one product, that’s called a bundle. Bundles may be purchased as a subscription or as a one time purchase.

Purchasing a bundle as a subscription will create additional tiered discounts that help you save even more. The more products you add to your subscription the more you will save! With a subscription you can save up to 30% off per order! Please refer to this chart for the discount details:

What does the skip feature do?

If you need to take a one month break from a product(s) you are subscribed to, the skip feature allows you to do just that!.

  1. Visit your account.
  2. Choose the bundle containing the product you'd like to skip.
  3. Select the Green "SKIP" Button

What does the swap feature do?

The swap feature allows you to easily exchange one product for another in your upcoming subscription bundle. With the swap feature there is no need to remove then add a product. Just use swap for a quick switch of products.

How can I make changes to my subscription?

Please log in to our customer portal to customize your subscription. You can update your address, move your subscription date, add, remove or swap items in your subscription, and more!

How do I cancel my order? 

  • We are unable to cancel orders that have been confirmed with an order number.
  • To ensure we can accommodate any changes you'd like to make, we recommend making adjustments to your subscription order 1-2 business days ahead.
  • Once your order is confirmed, our team works quickly to get these items to you so you can enjoy the benefits of our formulas.

Is your packaging sustainable? What are your products packaged in?

Sustainability is one of our core values, and we do our best to package our products with recyclable materials such as cardboard or glass whenever possible. We believe it is our collective responsibility to protect natural resources and to leave the Earth better than we found it. We are always working with our partners to improve our ecological footprint.

Can’t I just get my vitamins and minerals from food?

In an ideal world, yes. But due to modern farming practices, soil depletion is a widespread problem that affects almost all produce, stripping our fruits and vegetables of precious vitamins and minerals. In addition, nutritional deficiencies are common in western diets, due to the prevalence of processed foods, sugar, and simple carbohydrates. For example, around 50% of Americans have a magnesium deficiency, while 42% of Americans are vitamin D deficient.

Do you ship to all countries?

At this time, due to individual country import laws, there are several countries we cannot ship to. We are currently unable to ship to Mexico, Spain, and India. We hope to in the future but in the meantime, please visit our store locator here .

Are customs fees included in the shipping price?

Depending on location, custom fees and requirements may apply. Please note that these fees are not included in the shipping cost upon order processing and the customer is responsible for all related fees relating to customs or orders being held due to import restrictions. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items.

Is processing time separate from shipping time?

Yes. It may take up to 1–3 business days for your order to be confirmed, processed, packed, and prepared to be handed off to the carrier. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you’ll know when it arrives.

How do I update my address if the order has already shipped?

Oh no! It happens to the best of us. Rest assured, USPS and UPS offer the ability to intercept a package once movement on the package is clearly shown.

I’m not able to receive the package - what do I do?

Using USPS or UPS intercept, you can request that the Post Office or a carrier access point hold the item for you until it can be received.

I am seeing that a label has been created when I click my tracking link, but there is no movement. Where is my package?

Sometimes, shipping carriers will create a label in advance to prepare the package for transit. It can take up to 48 hours after the label was created before your order ships. You may also reach out to the carrier directly for more information. Alternatively, the status of the tracking may be ‘label created’ but it could be in the hands of the carrier, just not yet scanned into the carrier’s facility. If 48 hours have passed and no movement has occurred, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.

Tracking shows that my order was delivered but it is not here.

It can take up to 48 hours after the carrier sends a notification of delivery to receive your package. You may also reach out to the carrier directly for more information.
