Ingredients:
- Baby bok choy, washed and quartered
 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced
 - 2 tbsp of coconut aminos
 - 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
 - 1 heaping tbsp of organic white miso paste
 - 1 tbsp of maple syrup
 - 1 tbsp of sesame oil
 
Instructions:
- Combine the miso, garlic, sesame oil, maple syrup, and coconut aminos in a bowl and whisk until well combined.
 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
 - Sear the bok choy on the flat side for 2-3 minutes.
 - Flip and sear for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
 - Turn down the heat to medium and pour the miso garlic mixture over the top of the bok choy.
 - Toss until well coated.
 - Serve and enjoy!
