Garlic Bok Choy

It supports digestion, lowers blood pressure, and strengthens the immune system. It’s a simple yet nutrient-dense recipe that packs a punch.

Ingredients:

  • Baby bok choy, washed and quartered
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of coconut aminos
  • 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 heaping tbsp of organic white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Combine the miso, garlic, sesame oil, maple syrup, and coconut aminos in a bowl and whisk until well combined.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  3. Sear the bok choy on the flat side for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Flip and sear for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Turn down the heat to medium and pour the miso garlic mixture over the top of the bok choy.
  6. Toss until well coated.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
