Watermelon Mint Cucumber Juice

Feeling thirsty? Spending lots of time in the summer heat can quickly dehydrate you! Quench your thirst with this fresh, delicious, fruity drink.

Let’s get juicing! 

Ingredients:

  • Fresh, juicy watermelon
  • Crisp cucumber
  • Strawberries
  • Sparkling filtered spring water
  • Refreshing mint leaves
  • Juicer

Instructions:

  1. Slice the watermelon and cucumber into pieces that will easily fit through your juicer.
  2. Give your strawberries a quick rinse and set aside a handful.
  3. Begin by juicing all the watermelon pieces and strawberries. Pour this vibrant, fruity juice into a glass and set it aside for now.
  4. Next, juice all the cucumber pieces. Combine this cool, crisp cucumber juice with your watermelon and strawberry blend.
  5. Prepare a cold cup of ice and pour your sparkling filtered spring water over the ice to chill.
  6. Gently pour your watermelon, strawberry, and cucumber juice blend over the sparkling water, allowing the flavors to meld.
  7. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and a sprig of mint for that perfect finishing touch.
  8. Enjoy this revitalizing, nutrient-packed beverage.
