No Bake Passion Fruit Crème Brulée

Creamy, tropical, and oh-so delicious. Plus, no oven is required! Here’s how to make this delicious dessert:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw cream
  • 5 egg yolks
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 6 passion fruits (seeds scraped, juice set aside)
  • ¼ cup fresh passion fruit juice
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 vanilla bean (scraped)

Instructions:

  1. Heat cream, sugar, and vanilla beans until steaming.
  2. Whisk egg yolks & cornstarch, then slowly add hot cream.
  3. Return to heat, stirring until thickened.
  4. Mix in passion fruit juice and strain.
  5. Spoon into passion fruit shells and chill for 2 hours.
  6. Caramelize sugar with a torch before serving.
