Cauliflower Steak & Romesco Sauce

Who says a plant-based recipe can’t be for everyone? This cauliflower “steak” is a hit for all palates and is perfect for World Vegan Month! 

Let’s get cooking!

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp of Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp of Harissa Spice
  • Sea Salt
  • 1 Head of Cauliflower
  • 1 bag of Marcona Almonds

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp olive oil, juice of ½ a lemon, 2 tbsp harissa spice, and a pinch of sea salt.
  2. Cut 1 head of cauliflower in half, then break into small pieces. Place on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  3. Coat cauliflower with the harissa mixture and bake at 425°F for 25 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  4. Chop Marcona almonds into small pieces and sprinkle on top.
