I didn’t love the previous flavor or texture, but it worked great so I suffered through it- but now the new version is so thick and I can’t handle the flavor it makes me gag. It’s also very pricey. I had to switch to an unflavored creatine powder by a different brand.

I got sick and was bedridden and quickly lost a lot of muscle mass. Even though I still can’t do a whole lot to gain back muscle as far as exercise the little that I have been doing, and taking this creatine, has provided some muscle growth, and I noticed it especially in the glutes! Needless to say, I love this product! And it taste delicious!

The shipment from the outside box to the inside bag was completley destroyed by the shipping carrier you used. They deliveted a destroyed box to me. That is not acceptable as a new purchase. A no charge replacement is now requested

The taste is aweful. Its very hard for me to finish a packet.
