After the second day of taking this in the morning, I felt an obvious sense of increased energy and mental clarity. As well as increased muscle tone (gain?) and less physical fatigue throughout and at the end of my day. I live and work on a rural property and my days are spent largely doing continued strenuous physical labor, in the elements. So the sustained energy was extremely palpable as well as valuable for me throughout the day. Makes a big difference. Also, I have low body fat and wasn’t eating much at the time, so I’m assuming some of the immediate effects were due to those factors.
