30 Day Guarantee

Satisfaction is guaranteed on the purchase of the Echo H2 Pitcher™ & Echo Go. You can return products within 30 days from the delivery of your order less any shipping, installation, discounts, etc. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, broken or missing parts, and the cost of installation. It is strongly recommended to insure the shipment. Cymbiotika is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit for returned products.

• All returned merchandise must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Any and all merchandise sent without an RMA will be unequivocally refused. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization, contact customer support at 1 (855) 983-8888 or email us at info@cymbiotika.com.
• It is understood that the purchaser will ship the returned product fully insured. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss during transit for products being returned.
• All returns are subject to a $25 inspection fee. If the pitcher is determined to be defective, this fee will not be charged.
