Do the tier discounts apply on top of the subscription discounts?
Yes. The tier discounts apply on top of your bundle discounts. This means that the longer you stay on your subscription, the more you will save.
Do I lose my rewards if I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you will lose your rewards if you cancel your subscription. However, we know life happens and we want to be here for you when it does. Instead of canceling your subscription, you can pause your subscription to keep your rewards. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months without losing your benefits.
Do I need an account in order to qualify for the Loyalty Program?
No, you can be on an active subscription without an account and still earn rewards and perks from each tier in our program. However, we highly recommend you create an account as you will only be able to view your perks and rewards within the account.
How long do I have to stay on a subscription before getting to the top tier?
To become a VIP, you just need to stay on a subscription order for 6 months!
