Community Guidelines: Arise Community
Welcome to the Arise Community! We are so excited to have you here. Our goal is to create a
safe and supportive space where like-minded individuals can connect, share their experiences,
and receive support on their wellness journey.
As a participant or Member of the Arise Community, you agree to be bound by the Arise Terms
& Conditions, as well our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
To ensure a positive and safe environment for everyone, we have established the following
Community Guidelines:
1. Respect and Kindness
Treat all members with respect and kindness. We encourage open and constructive
discussions, but please remember to be considerate of others' feelings and opinions. Avoid
personal attacks, insults, or any form of harassment.
2. Confidentiality
Members of The Arise Community may share personal experiences and sensitive information.
Respect the privacy of others by maintaining the confidentiality of such information. Do not
share or discuss personal information about others without their explicit consent.
3. Accuracy and Integrity
When sharing information or advice, ensure it is accurate, reliable, and based on credible
sources. Misleading or false information can be harmful to others. If you are uncertain, it's better
to ask questions or share personal experiences rather than give potentially incorrect advice.
4. No Promotional or Spam Content
The Arise Community is not a platform for self-promotion or advertising. Do not post promotional
content, spam, or links to unrelated websites. We encourage genuine conversations and
contributions that add value to the community.
5. User Generated Content.
While we prohibit advertising and self-promotion, we encourage you to share your content
(“User Generated Content” or “UGC”) as part of your genuine conversations and contributions to
the Arise Community. In sharing your UGC, you agree to our UGC Terms, which in short and
summary provide:
● You are solely responsible for the UGC that you share, post, upload, link to, or otherwise
make available via ARISE or any of our Sites.
● You agree that we are only acting as a passive conduit for your online distribution and
publication of UGC.
● If you are sharing UGC on behalf of someone else, you represent and warrant that you
are authorized to accept these UGC Terms on behalf of such person or entity.
● You will not post any UGC that is malicious, libelous, false, misleading, or inaccurate.
● You will not post any UGC that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or
racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive.
● You will not impersonate anybody, including Cymbiotika or anyone else.
● You retain all ownership rights in your UGC but you are required to grant certain rights to
us as set out more fully in our UGC Terms.
● You will not submit any UGC that is copyrighted by or subject to third party intellectual
property or proprietary rights, including privacy, publicity, trade secret, or other rights,
unless you are the owner of such rights or have the appropriate permission from their
rightful owner to post such UGC.
● You will disclose any paid endorsements or anything of value for which you received
from a brand or from us and/or any relationship or affiliation with a brand or with us.
6. Intellectual Property and Other Rights.
To respect the rights of people on and off please:
● Do not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
● Do not post any content or do anything that violates applicable laws or regulations.
● Do not use Cymbiotika’s name, logo or trademark in a way that confuses people, e.g.,
that Cymbiotika endorses you, your services or your activities.
7. Be Inclusive and Supportive
The Arise Community is a diverse community with members from various backgrounds and
experiences. Embrace diversity and be inclusive in your interactions. Offer support,
encouragement, and empathy to others. Remember that everyone's wellness journey is unique.
8. Report Inappropriate Behavior
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our community guidelines, please report it
to the community moderators. Together, we can maintain a positive and safe environment for all
members.
A. No Profanity: any use of profanity, offensive language, or derogatory remarks is strictly
prohibited. Please communicate with others using respectful and appropriate language
at all times.
B. No Nudity or Explicit Content: Arise Community is a platform for discussions and support
related to health and wellness. Any nudity, explicit images, or sexually suggestive
content is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing or posting content that may be
considered obscene, pornographic, or inappropriate. Please keep all content shared
within the community suitable for users of all ages.
C. Respect Cultural Sensitivities: Arise Community is a diverse community with members
from various cultural backgrounds. It is essential to respect different cultural norms and
sensitivities when engaging in discussions or sharing content. Refrain from sharing any
content considered culturally insensitive, offensive, or disrespectful.
9. Abide by Community Guidelines, Terms & Conditions.
Failure to comply with our Community Guidelines or the Arise Terms & Conditions may result in
warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the community.
