Mango Salsa

Bursting with fresh flavors and vibrant colors, this nourishing dip is guaranteed to steal the spotlight at your next gathering.

All you need is:

  • 2 mangos
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1/2 of 1 red onion
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tsp of salt
  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mangos, red bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeno, and red onion.
  2. Squeeze the juice of two limes over the mixture.
  3. Add 1 tsp of salt, stirring to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
