MK-7 and Its Effects on Bone Quality and Strength
Vitamin K2 (MK-4 & MK-7)

Vitamin K2 is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps activate proteins involved in calcium regulation. It plays an important role in directing calcium to bones and teeth, while supporting the balance needed for cardiovascular health. MK-4 acts more rapidly, while MK-7 remains active in the body longer.
By combining both MK-4 and MK-7, our formulation provides support for bone and cardiovascular health. Vitamin K2 may also work with vitamin D3 to help ensure calcium is properly utilized in the body.
We include both MK-4 and MK-7 for full-spectrum K2 support. Liposomal delivery of fat soluble vitamins for absorption and bioavailability. Rare in most supplements, which often include only MK-7.
Fermented foods like natto (rich in MK-7). Certain cheeses. Animal products such as liver, egg yolks, and grass-fed dairy (sources of MK-4).

Vitamin K was first discovered in 1929 as an essential nutrient for proper blood coagulation. This discovery was reported in a German scientific journal, where it was referred to as “Koagulationsvitamin.”
