This Sea Moss supplement has worked well for me. It has a pleasant taste that makes it easy for me to stand the gel texture, which is hard for me personally. I saw an instant difference in my skin which felt less dry and looked more even. Also I noticed that I feel better after eating than before. Digestion feels lighter, with no discomfort even when I eat greasy foods and raw foods.

I really like, I love sea moss and algae but hard to get the nutrients from them on a more frequent basis (I don't like dried seaweed, and I don't get seaweed salad frequently enough). I don't know enough about the specific benefits or know if I am seeing a lot of results or just not paying attention. I just started a month ago, but hopefully will notice over a few months. I am at risk for thyroid issues and sometimes don't get enough fiber when traveling for work, so I appreciate this option to add into my routine. For now, it tastes good and is an easy addition.

The product works for me. I notice a difference in my skin’s complexion after taking it. There is a glow to my skin. I usually don’t eat anything shortly before and after taking the sea moss. The only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 star rating is the taste. I think the vanilla makes it too sweet. It’s almost like eating a thick sugary syrup.
